Period of stay:
Arrival from 4 pm – departure before 10 am (unless otherwise agreed)
Reservation:
After the deposit has been paid, the reservation is final and you will receive a confirmation.
Upon receipt of your advance, you will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation.
Payment:
- 30% at reservation
- Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival
Keys:
By appointment, either at home in Belgium or through a local contact person.
Possible additional costs:
- Household waste removal: 10 euro
- Washing the mattress protector: 10 euro
- Cleaning the mattress: 30 euro
- Loss of keys: depending on the type of key (between 5 and 30 euro/key)
Deposit:
- We require a deposit of 200 euro (for a stay less than between 1 and 14 days), and of 300 euro for a stay longer than 15 days.
- The deposit must be paid in cash upon receipt of the keys.
- This deposit will be refunded within 15 days after the rental period, after deduction of possible costs (*)
(*) In the event of damage to the apartment, households effects, theft or loss of keys related costs may be deducted before refund of the deposit.
Cancellation conditions:
- In case of cancellation between the booking date and 42 days before the start of the stay: 30% of the total price will be retained.
- In case of cancellation between the 41st day and the 28th day before the start of the stay: 60% of the total price will be retained.
- In case of cancellation between the 27th day and the 3rd day before the start of the stay: 90% of the total price will be retained.
- In case of cancellation between the 2nd day before the start of the stay and afterwards: 100% of the total price will be retained.
